Your i12 e-mail address is your unique userID that identifies you to the i12 servers whenever you log on to administer your account, whenever you send and retrieve e-mails or whenever you publish files to your website. Keep it in a safe place and avoid giving it out to anyone else if you are the only user on your account.

Your userID and passwords are case sensitive.

Can I change or customise my userID?
Your userID is unique and is assigned to you at sign up. It is needed by our servers to maintain your account, hence you cannot change it.
