The following steps will guide you to setting up Microsoft's award winning Outlook Express for your computer. Before you take these steps however, you should have a valid i12 dialup account already installed, as well as your userID and password at hand.

Firstly, click on "Accounts" in the Tools menu and then click the "Add button".

From the resulting popup menu, click on "Mail".

Then, type in your name as you want it to appear in the Account Window, and as it will appear to people you mail. Then click "Next".

Type in your email address, this should look like yourname@i12.com Then click Next.

Make sure that the incoming mail server is set as a POP3 server, and then type in mail.i12.com in the incoming mail server box and the outgoing mail server box. Then click "Next".

Now, enter your userID where it says username (it should look like youremailaddress@i12.com, ) and password. Make sure that your password is keyed in using lower case characters. Then click "Next".

Type in a name for the account, this will appear in the Outlook Express window and is for your information only. Then Click "Next".

Congratulations! You have now completed the Microsoft Outlook Express wizard and your i12 e-mail is fully setup, now click "Finish" and then click "Close" to return to Microsoft Outlook Express.
