Mobiles

You can use the internet as well as your e-mail applications on the move with i12 using your mobile telephone and modem.

For all Nokia and NEC owners, set the parity bits to 1, and the baud rate to 9,600bps. Motorola GSM owners can go up to 14,400bps.

If you are having problems dialling in with these settings on any of the other i12 access numbers, try dialling in using 0845 660 0961 as that number is able to support incoming calls below 33.6k.

If you are an Orange SRV user you can setup your e-mail as you would do on your computer except that you should use the Orange SMTP server (smtp.orange.net) instead of the i12 SMTP for all outgoing e-mail.
